Estimated Delivery Timeline:

  • Pre-sale items will be shipped between 5 to 8 days following the end of the pre-sale period.

  • We will keep you informed with updates regarding the production and shipping schedule.

Order Processing:

  • Orders are processed immediately, but shipping will occur after the pre-sale period concludes.

  • Please note that the standard shipping times will apply once the items are ready to be shipped.

Available Shipping Methods:

  • Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery within 3 to 5 days.

  • Pick-up Shipping: Estimated delivery within 3 to 5 days.

Regular Updates:

  • We will send periodic updates via email regarding the status of your pre-sale order.

  • You will receive a notification when your order is ready to be shipped, along with tracking details.

Pre-Sale Order Modifications:

  • If you need to make changes to your order or shipping details, please contact us as soon as possible.

  • Cancellation of pre-sale orders can be made within 10 days of purchase.

Return & Exchange Policy

At Ølukas, we strive for complete customer satisfaction. If you're not entirely happy with your purchase, we're here to help. Our return and exchange policy is designed to be as straightforward and customer-friendly as possible.

Conditions for Returns:

  • Returns must be made within 30 days of the delivery date.

  • Items must be unused, in the same condition that you received them, and in their original packaging.

Process for Returns:

  • To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at olukaswear@gmail.com.

  • Provide your order number and reason for the return.

  • We will guide you through the steps to return the product.

Refunds:

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 10 days.

Conditions for Exchanges:

  • Exchanges are allowed within 30 days of the delivery date.

  • Items eligible for exchange must be in new, unused condition and in their original packaging.

Process for Exchanges:

Shipping Costs:

  • Customers are responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returning items unless the return is due to our error (e.g., defective or incorrect item).

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
